Hello, I’m Dr. Kristie Wallace.

If you’re here, some part of you is already listening — to a body that’s asking for more than a quick fix, a nervous system ready to soften, a spirit ready to come home to itself. This is work for people who are ready to go deep.

My practice is built on love, compassion, and presence. Not performative wellness — the real, unhurried kind that meets you exactly where you are and walks with you from there.

My path here wasn’t a straight line, and I think that’s part of why I understand transformation.

I grew up in the Midwest, grounded and practical. Then I spent five years in the U.S. Air Force as an engineering assistant, including deployments to Operation Enduring Freedom and the Iraq War. I know what it means to carry tension in the body that words can’t reach. When I left the military, I made a choice: to lay down the battlefield and pick up the healing arts instead.

I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2010, and since then I’ve trained as an applied kinesiologist and sacro-occipital practitioner. My work weaves together somatic adjustment, Reiki, guided relaxation, breathwork, and nutritional testing and protocols — not as separate tools, but as one integrated language the body understands. This is holistic care in the truest sense: mind, body, and spirit, treated as the single system they actually are.

I don’t just teach this work. I live it.

I’ve lived out of a van, crossing the country slowly enough to actually see it. I’ve lived abroad, in more than one country, letting different cultures reshape how I understand healing. I make art because creation itself is medicine. Every one of these chapters has been part of the same ongoing practice: becoming the fullest, most integrated version of myself, so I can hold space for you to do the same.

What I’ve learned, over and over, is simple: gentle touch, present awareness, and a life built on honest, healthier choices aren’t just techniques. They’re a way home. That path eventually led me to the Beaufort community, where I now get to practice what I’ve spent a lifetime learning — surrounded by family, and by people doing this same deep work.

And through all of it, I laugh. A lot.

Because healing isn’t meant to be grim. My deepest hope for you is a life that feels balanced, embodied, and genuinely joyful — and I’d be honored to help you build it.
